01 · The plan

Every set, already worked out.

Answer a few questions about your goal and how many days a week you train, or pick a classic program by the name lifters know it by. A plan runs twelve weeks with its deloads planned in.

Each workout arrives with the weight and reps for every set, down to the plates to put on the bar.

02 · The days

Miss a day, not the plan.

Days aren’t tied to weekdays. Today always shows the next workout you haven’t done, so a missed Monday just waits for you.

Rack taken? Train another day of the week first. Skip one on purpose and undo it later. Back after time off, the weights ease back in.

03 · The workout

One tap per set.

Warm-ups are laid out before your first work set. Each work set has its weight and reps filled in, so one tap logs it and the rest timer starts on its own.

Changing the weight, the reps or the exercise is there when you need it, and out of the way when you don’t.

04 · The reasons

Every weight comes with its reason.

Next time follows your plan and what you actually lifted. Hit your reps and the weight goes up; fall short and it holds.

Ask why any weight is what it is, and the app shows the rule behind it, in plain words.

Why 87.5 kg

All 3×5 done last time, so the weight goes up.

Three sets of 5 at one weight. When all 15 reps are done, it goes up 2.5 kg next time. A set short of 5, or lighter than planned, keeps the weight; two sessions like that in a row take it down 10% to build back up.
